  2. Payment

    3. All prices are listed excluding VAT which will be added at checkout.
    Payment can be made either by   credit card  via the Worldpay secure gateway, sending us a  cheque or the establishment of a credit account. First payment must be made in advance  by proforma invoice,  after which a credit account may be applied for.

  3. Delivery

    4. We will endeavour to despatch your order  within 5 days of  acceptance,  and if we cannot meet this due to shortages or other reasons we will contact you.
    Delivery to the UK mainland is free on orders above £50,  otherwise there is a charge of  £6.50.
    For the rest of the UK apart from the Channel Islands delivery is free  on orders above £120,  otherwise there  a charge of  £14.
    Channel Islands have free delivery on orders above £150 otherwise a charge of  £20.

  4. Returns

    5. Full refund will be given for any goods returned within 30 days, providing we are contacted in advance by email or post and  the goods are received by us undamaged.

  5. Shortages and damaged goods

    6. Contact us within 3 days of delivey and these will be replaced.
