    3. All prices are listed excluding VAT which will be added at checkout.
    We offer a choice of credit card payments via the Worldpay secure gateway, cheque or credit account.
    First payment up front by credit card or cheque after which a credit account may be applied for.

  3. Delivery

    4. We endeavour to dipatch within 5 days of order acceptance, if we cannot meet this due to shortages or other reasons we will contact you.
    Delivery to UK mainland free on orders above £50 otherwise £6.50.
    Rest of UK apart from Channel Islands free on orders above £120 otherwise £14.
    Channel Islands free on orders above £150 otherwise £20.

  4. Returns

    5. Full refund will be given any goods returned within 30 days, providing we are contacted in advance by email or post and that the goods are received by us undamaged.

  5. Shortages and damaged goods.

    6. Contact us within 3 days of delivey for replacements.
