The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions with Small Beauties. The use of this site and the placing of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions and we reserve the right to reject an order. Orders are only accepted once payment has been confirmed by our Payment Service Provider.
We reserve the right to alter the price of the goods and services we offer without notice. If a price posted on our web site is obviously incorrect, we will not be bound by that price. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any or all the goods and services we advertise on our web site at our sole discretion and without notice.
It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 2 days of delivery. It the items were not ordered, you must not open the packaging or use the item. Should there be any damage to the delivered goods in transit, it is your responsibility to inform us immediately, but not later than within 7 working days.
We endeavour to provide the highest quality cards and prints, using a fine art giclee printer and high quality paper. In the unlikely event that our goods do not meet our quality standards, please return them within 14 days to our business address and we will offer you a full refund to your credit or debit card or alternatively a replacement of the returned goods of the same value.
All the images, including pictures, photographs and graphics and their description shown on our web site are for general guidance only. As with all web based imagery, there may be some variation in quality, colour, and reproduction when compared to the printed article.
If you enter into a contract with us and change your mind, you have time to cancel your order by notifying us within 7 working days of the date you entered the contract at our postal or email address, and we will refund your payment in full. Orders cancelled after despatch of the goods will be subject to a minimum handling fee of 15% of the invoice for administration and postage.
Our web site and all the related pages is owned by us and protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietory rights and laws. Unauthorised use of copyrighted materials, trademarks or other intellectual property without the expressed written consent of the owner is strictly prohibited. Whereas every effort is made to produce a site which is compatible for all internet browsers, certain browsers, in this case IE 7.0, do not display pages strictly according to the rules of html.
