This glass improvisation was filmed at Cwm Silio, featuring a bowl playing in the water and sunlight, and imagining a water dragon.
This features a bowl full of tiny marks and was filmed near a stretch of summer meadow. I reflect upon drawing my life with tiny marks whilst trusting in a greater whole I cannot see. It needs to be watched to the very end, to glimpse the hidden meadow.
Spirit of Contemplation
A video of an early morning May frost as it melts and a bowl called “Spirit of Contemplation. I consider how such a spirit lives inside my own life. It is accompanied by the sounds of new born lambs and their mothers.
Rosebay Willow Herb
This short video was filmed at the edge of Brechfa forest at the end of July, and is a celebration of the beauty of these lovely swaying flowers, alongside a favourite yellow bowl.
The Blue Dot
This large bowl was inspired by the view from Voyager’s camera when they turned it towards the earth, before it left this galaxy. I reflect on being a small being inside such a huge context.
Turquoise and Pink
This was filmed by a stream that flows into the Teifi , and focuses on a freestyle glass bowl full of turquoise and pink.
This was made in Aberystwyth, a late wintery afternoon by the sea, with a star shaped bowl. It tells a story about the tide and about change.
I made this video at National Botanic Garden of Wales in early autumn, and it is full of gold and green, and some sounds of wild geese too. I find myself considering the past and the future, and next steps.
A Piece of Sky
The piece of glass in this video was initially inspired by a sunset at Martins Haven. I tell a little story about it’s life and the spirit inside of it.
